Josele Doreste and Mònica Azón Màster European Champions at Laser Standard and Laser Radio Female, in Croatia.

With a record participation of Spanish regatists in the European Master of Croatia, the 2016 edition of the European Master was held in Hvar. 74 standard and 88 radial regatists were held the 10 races held with winds of 12-14 knots practically every day and the last day of competition of 22. The CNPort d'Aro regatist, José Luis Doreeste, was placed in the general classification and obtained the Grand Master category podium (55-65 years). Among the top 10 he also finished Toni Roig (8) i José María Van Der (10). In Radial, the general was dominated by the British Jon Hemmett and the CNMasnou regatist, Mònica Azón, finished 5th of the general with the Women's European Championship and the third position of Radial apprentice (35-45 anys). The regatist of the Balís, Xavier Boluda, finished 8 of the general and second of the Master category (45-55 years). Miquel Alvarez, from Club Vela Calella, finished 29 of the General and third of the Great Grand Master category.
