Eight of the eleven autonomous rowing federations and more than sixty clubs state in a statement that they "feel deceived" by a process "that they qualify as irregular" and claim to have filed this new claim that affects a large majority of athletes, "in principle clearly attached to the group that advocates the change in the direction of the current one."

The High Council for Sports and the Administrative Court for Sport (TAD) have received a new complaint from territorial federations and rowing clubs, as some 300 voters have not yet received the documentation to cast the vote by mail.

They explain that the above-mentioned documentation should have been submitted on 24 October and that "30% of the Catalan clubs, 50% of the Asturians, 60% of the Galician and Valencian clubs, and almost 90% of the Andalusian clubs, are being affected by this strange maneuver of the current Federal Manager, with which he seeks to prevent half of all the applicants from voting by mail from voting.. ""On the contrary, the athletes and technicians of the few Clubs (Náutico Sevilla, Regatas de Alicante or Remo Miño) who still support the current president, Fernando Climate Huerta, in office since 1993, have at their disposal since the beginning of last week all the documentation necessary to exercise the vote by mail", add the text.

Representatives of the denouncing federations presented their complaints personally on 28 October at the CSD, where they explained that the deadline for the post vote for the composition of the Assembly has been extended until tomorrow. The RF elections are scheduled for 11 December. In the statement made public today, they regret that the CSD "does not see the mismanagement that is taking place in other national federations less media than football" and that "the TAD is overflowing by hundreds of files from the different electoral processes."
