It has been almost a year since the Peninsula team achieved a memorable victory in front of the Canary Islands team in the tubes of the Cantabria beach - previously, both teams had faced on the left of La Santa (Lanzarote) -, ending an exciting second edition of the Red Bull Rivals, which already has a new delivery in the oven. After two editions defusing the rivalry between canaries and peninsulares, the third Red Bull Rivals is internationalized to bring to water another of the most ardent territorial duels of the old continent: Spain v. Portugal.

And if it is to face on the surfer waves of the Iberian Peninsula, two figures inevitably come to the mind of any surf fan: Aritz Aranburu and Tiago Pires. First surfers who have placed the flags of their respective countries in the world surfing elite within the exclusive Championship Tour circuit, closed to the best surfers on the planet, Aritz and Tiago now have a new challenge: to bring their corresponding team to victory. To this end, both captains will have to recruit their "invincible armed," which will happen from November, when the registration period of the event opens.

In this edition the teams will be composed of six categories. To each Captain, the following members will be added: a Pro / Am (pro, free surfer or amateur), a Junior (young promise between 16 and 20 years old), a Girl (the girl of the team), a Weekend Warrior (although it has no stickers on the table, surfing is the love of its life) and a Local Hero (local surfer designated by the organization / captain).

As in previous editions, the competition will be held in two battles, one round and one round, one by country. The spots, for the time being, are kept secret, although in both cases, they respond to two locations of much reputation and waves of international prestige. Your coordinates?
