Catoira expects to reach the 300 registered in the Training Congress
The International Congress of Piragüismo Trainers in Catoira, in its sixth edition, aims to reach the figure of 300 coaches from more than 20 countries. Next Wednesday, October 12, the registration deadline will be the most Olympic Congress to date. Craviotto and Toro's coach, Miguel García, has confirmed his attendance at the event, which will bring together technicians who add up to 8 Olympic metals in Rio 2016. After the reduced registration period, a total of 250 trainers from 22 countries worldwide are registered: Canada, China, South Korea, Germany, Great Britain, Belgium, Singapore, Chile, France, India, Italy, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Slovenia, Poland, Romania, Colombia, Portugal, Spain and South Africa. This congress at an event of great global importance and will involve speakers of recognized national and international prestige, representing a total of 9 countries, with 14 plenary conferences that will address issues such as the treaty by Andras Faludy (Technical Director of the Hungarian Federation) on the planning of clubs in Hungary from the below-high-level categories, passed by New Zealand Gordon Walker (coach of the Olympic champion Lisa Carrington) on the training of force in women, or by the Olympic champion and the world Max Hoff (Germany) on their preparation for the three Olympic cycles, Katini (Italy), Carlos Guencojador (Argentina), Carlos Gualdi (Italy), and Carlos Gualdi (Italy).
