Interesting call for a Curs-Seminary in Madrid for theorists

Promoded by the Spanish Federation of Remo, on 25 and 26 November the seminar for the Jewish-Arbiters will take place in Madrid, for both the Nationals who are active and those who, having a lower category, wish to be trained with a view to acquiring this category. It will last for 9 hours. The seminar will be followed by the examination of access to the category Juez- the National Arbitrator for those judges - the autonomous arbitrators who demonstrate an seniority of at least three years. The review will have a theoretical and practical part, to which only those who have passed the first part will have access.
