The German teams have certainly been the winners of the Kayak Polo European Clubs Championship held in Burriana this weekend. The Gottinger Paddle Club has been the winner in the female category, while in men the Rothe Muhle Essen has been imposed. In both categories they have shared podium with Italians and French. The women's subchampionship has been for the PC Catania (Italy) and the Bronze medal for the French Montpellier. In men, the French of the Montpellier have remained second, followed by the KST 2001 of Siracusa (Italy). With regard to the Spanish teams, the best qualified was the RCN de Castellón, which ended in seventh position after imposing the Gent in the party for the seventh and eighth place. Also in the male category, the KP Málaga has ended in tenth position. In Damas, CM Sciences has finished fifth, followed by AD Pinatarense.

First day: Favorites meet in Burriana

The favorites to win the European Kayak Polo Clubs Championship, the French of Montpellier and Condé Sur Vire, have met expectations and passed smoothly to the final phase, which is held tomorrow Sunday at the facilities of Burriananova. The other Spanish team, the Málaga, will fight their next round against the CKP of Barra Portuguese from 10.15. In the female category, the favorites of Montpellier are still clear aspiring to the title, while the two Spanish combined, the AD Pinatarense and the CM Ciencias will also face from 10.15.

The second day of the Kayak Polo de Burriana European Clubs Championship will start tomorrow Sunday at 8 a.m. with the crosses between the South Condé Vire and the Gent and the KC Nord-West Berlin and the KST 2001 Siracusa. The last day of the tournament will end at around 15.30h with the final quarrel in male and female category and the final two.
