2016 - ELECTIONS FEDERATION ANDALUATION OF VELA
Paco Coro, is a sailing fan from a very early age, was in Rota and with a group of friends when Paco begins to get wet in the world of politics in Vela, constituting the APED (Association of Sports Embarkation Patterns) of which he was president. He later founded with Juan Luis Bernal the Club de Vela Rompeolas of which he would be vice president. That is why he becomes the Andalusian Secretary of the Optimist class and that is when he begins his idyllium with the children's candle, to become president of the Aecio, an entity that then and according to Paco's own words "was filled with brown." Once the internal struggles and the political discrepancies have been fixed, it is when the Jerezano could really be dedicated to seeking funds and putting into effect what is now the Optimist class. After the first legislature, the fellow territorial delegates urged him to repeat and enjoy everything that had been achieved during the previous four years. With its good work, Paco's good management became a national and international reference to children's sailing. This is when the awards and awards begin to arrive: Excellent Optimist of the Catalan class, Caixanova Week of the Atlantic (now Abanca Week), Honour Comodoro of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo, Metopa del Marinero in bronze of the RFEV in Asturias and others. Francisco Coro was also distinguished by the Andalusian Federation of Vela with his gold badge, and has been a candidate for the presidency of the RFEV, in which he lost with José Angel Rodríguez after a controversial electoral process. He is one of the most valuable workers of our candle, and he enjoys a great pestige throughout Spain.
