Comparative examples between the Civil Traffic Guard and the sea
Comparative examples between the Civil Traffic Guard and the sea

It is very unfair from any point of view to comparison. It is held only in the lack of knowledge of the legislator
It is clear that the "external signs" are still in force for our authorities, which clearly contradicts a Western democracy. As long as in our country the word "yacht" means to most: luxury, frenzy, waste, millionaires... we go wrong. It is curious in a Spain that pretends to be a power, many of its leaders fall into pailanism, worthy of the most backward and profound Spain. With this philosophy we cannot go on, as long as a family has a caravan car and is considered phenomenal... and yet a 20 to 30 foot boat is considered something of the Arab emirates, we go wrong.
Faithful proof of this is the fines that are applied by civil guard professionals... at sea or on the roads. Tell me if these examples do not represent an obvious dispurpose on the part of the legislators... because the guards are only doing their duty:
Do not wear a belt on a vehicle: EUR 200
Do not wear a vest on a water bike: 1,000 euros of penalty (x5)Do not wear spare lights in a vehicle: 150 euros of penalty
Take the expired flares: 1,500 euros of penalty (x10)Do not keep up with the vehicle's TV: 200 euros of sanction
To carry the office of the expired vessel: 1,500 euros of penalty (x7.5)Do not respect pedestrian passage with a pedestrian crossing the road: 400 euros of sanction
Sailing by area reserved for bathing workers: 1,000 euros of penalty (x2.5)
Sail by area reserved for bathing and with a nearby one: 1,500 euros of sanction (x3.75)If a traffic fine is used: the possibility to lower it or cancel it (never raise it)
If you resort to a sea fine: you will surely get more fine and surcharges
