No surprises at the Rey Juan Carlos I Regata held in Sanxenxo
In the waters of Sanxenxo has finished the second edition of the Regata Rey Juan Carlos I The English Court Master. Sun and wind that took time to enter have been the conditions that have been found today the more than 200 participating ships, which did not prevent each and every fleet from going into the water to add the last points in play. "Fifty by Storax," "Movistar," "Sebrala dos," "Chispa Nejra," "Gallant," "Penguin one," "Bribon Movistar" and "Marnatura" are the queen meeting winners of the Royal Nautical Club of Sanxenxo. "Mirfak" and "Movistar" also win the high-level Galician circuit, the prestigious President Trophy of the Xunta.
BMW ORC completes its program
In the BMW ORC category 0-1 and 2-3 the winners had already secured their first position yesterday, although the rest of the podium was still to be decided. In the first of the divisions, Rui Ramada's "Fifty by Storax" confirmed yesterday his victory in the Rey Juan Carlos I El Corte Inglés Master, and today sealed his participation with a second place in the only remaining trial to be held in the BMW ORC race field. From behind, Luis Bugallo's "Marnatura-Pairo" was made today with the victory of the sixth and final test, a result that allowed him to ascend a position to finish in the second drawer of the podium. The third place was finally for Diego López's "Mirfak."
The "Movistar" also left today with the victory already in its existence, which did not prevent the crew commanded by Willy Alonso from going out into the water 100% and the last partial triumph was recorded to say goodbye to the appointment with full victories in his locker. On the back, Fran Edreira's "Inosa" ends in second position, and Julio Rodríguez's "Starfighter" closes the podium in the third place of the general.
In BMW ORC Special the fleet contested a new coastal race in which the victory in group 1 was for the "Sebrala dos," a result that served to award the victory in its category. In the second group, "Chispa Nejra" was the winner of the race after a third party was signed today.
S.M. King Juan Carlos, winner in Sanxenxo
The category Movistar 6m has certainly been one of the most disputed in this new edition of the quote pontevedresa. The Gallant of S.M. Victory of "Penguin One" in Classic Tourism Rías Baixas
The Classic Tourism Rías Baixas today completed a new coastal race. NNE wind of about seven knots of intensity was enough for the Regatas Committee to give the Attention signal to start the last test of the Regata King Juan Carlos I The English Master Court at 14: 45.
Finally, Carlos Romero's "Penguin One" confirmed his victory by scoring the second championship victory. In the final general, the "Miña Miniña" of Fabián Garrido in the second position and the "Irmandi" of José Garrido, which ends third.
"Bribon Movistar," champion in Sanxenxo

With three new trials in dispute, Marc de Antonio's "Bribon Movistar" has proclaimed himself the champion of the King John Carlos I Regata The English Master Court after today's addition to a new partial victory, a second and a third. This result also makes them Spanish Cup champions for the third consecutive year.
After a hard struggle for victory, José Mª Van der Ploeg's "Nautica Watches" has finally been second in the general at only two points from the winner, while the third in the general has been for the "Okofen" of the Galician Javier de la Gandara.
Victory for "Marnatura" in Mahaou J70

On the back, the podium today changed completely with the "Pazo de Cea" of Ramón Ojea in the second final position and the "Green April" of Luis Pérez in the third place.
One last test for the Abanca Optimist class
Today's day has not been easy for almost 130 participants in the category Abanca Optimist. The Regatas Committee, which had to postpone the start of the tests for lack of wind, gave its 100% so that one last test could finally be held for the two groups in which the fleet is divided.
In the gold group the victory was for Javier García Lage of the Real Club Náutico de A Coruña, who managed to keep the lead one more day after dismissing the seventh position noted today in Sanxenxo. He was followed by General Ricardo Fernández del C.M. Canido and Yago Castro del RCNS in second and third place respectively.

JORNADA DECLARATIONS
Jordi Xammar, pattern "Marnatura." Winner class Mahaou J70.
This was the first time I was sailing in J70 and we won the race; I'm very happy with the crew and the boat. It's a very fun class and we've had a great time, very happy about the weekend.
Sanxenxo for sailing is excellent. We have had very good conditions and we are going with a great memory of the race field.
Marc de Antonio, "Bribon Movistar" pattern. Winner class Mahou J80 and champion of the Spanish Cup of J80
We're so excited we won. We really wanted to come here and do this race. It has been difficult because the second [Nautica Watches, José Mª Van der Ploeg] has made it very complicated until the last moment, but so victory tastes better.
Today could be a complicated day because three tests could be done and we only took two points to the second. The first race went well, ahead. The second was very complicated because we mounted the first buoy before the last and the second buoy did it in the first place but we have been able to recover very well and finish third parties just glued. We made use of the calculator to see how we had to stay in the last race we and our rival to win. We've won the test, so perfect.
Willy Alonso, "Movistar" pattern. BMW ORC 2-3 class avenger
The key has been to be regular. We go out on all the conservative tests. In this class the ships are not the same and we have a point of advantage because here is a lot of work before we get to the race, if it is not impossible to win. There has been a year-round job: the ship is impeccable, very optimized. They have fully succeeded, both Javi Cela - designer - and Pedro [Campos] making the decisions from where and what, which is not easy.

JORNADA DECLARATIONS
Rui Ramada, pattern "Fifty by Storax." Class leader BMW ORC 0-1
Today we have had great conditions, and an amazing day of sailing with three very good races with 20 knots of wind and very fun. Tomorrow we'll go out for the race, there's a sleeve left, and even if we did it very badly it would be our fault.
Willy Alonso, "Movistar" pattern. Class leader BMW ORC 2-3
A beautiful day, with Northeast, 20 knots and sun, what more can you ask for? A perfect place today. In the face of tomorrow, we'd like to finish by winning the last sleeve, see if there's a good day: having a good time, having no incident, not breaking anything, all going well and enjoying it.
Pedro Campos, Gallant. Class leader Movistar 6m
Hard day, with a lot of wind, but very nice. Today we have made two Barlovento / Sotavento, that there is much more maneuver than on a coast, and it is usually to the limit all the time because all the ships were very close, especially in the first race. We had it very difficult but in the second dyed we have been very fast and we have caught a role but also the race was decided in one or two meters. It's been a day of scandal in terms of conditions, I think in all fields, with roles, with options, plain sea, strong wind... A fantastic day.

The law of funnel
The series of races under the umbrella of the name of the English Master Court, in Honour of the Emeritus King and punctuable for the Trophy President of the Xunta, were scheduled for the weekend from 9 to 11 September. The regulations of the Galician Federation of Vela were once again demonstrated, which is fulfilled as seen by its President Manuel Villaverde... Without warning anyone of the approval of the change of dates to days 16 to 18, other legally scheduled events have been damaged with the satisfaction of the relevant assembly. What is being played in this absolutely destroyed Galicia for the candle?, are there citizens of the first and second for those who mangonate their broad with the Federation?, and what is more serious in the name of a race that bears the name of the President of the Xunta of Galicia and that of King John Charles I. I say something Bolivarian, not a democracy like ours... that in honor of the truth every day is less democratic, by constant application of the "law of funnel..."
