ORC Open: The triumph went to Vigo, from the hand of Vicente Cid's Deep Blue. The "Pitoucho" of the Bouzas Maritime Liceo, patronized by José Carlos Ruiz, was made with silver and bronze were taken by the Coruñes of the "Villano," with Luis Bodelón to the head.

Thirty-first edition for the Prince of Asturias Trophy that was created in 1986 coinciding with the stage of today's Spanish Monarch, of castrense formation at the Military Naval School based in Marin. The event is organized by the Monte Real Club de Yates with the support of the Military Naval School. During the days 2 to 4 September about a half a hundred ships will compete in the Rías de Vigo and Baiona, will compete ORC Cruises, Classic Boats 6 meters International, as well as the monotypes J80 and First Figaro.

♪ In conjunction with the Prince of Asturias Trophy, the Mount Real Club of Yates will host, on the night of Saturday, September 3, the gala of delivery of the National Sailing Awards of Terra Guda, some awards with which people and institutions are distinguished who, throughout the year, worked to promote and promote the world of sailing from different fields.

♪ For the second consecutive year, a team of persons with some type of disability will participate in the Prince of Asturias Trophy. On this occasion they are a group of students of the Juan María de Nigrán Center for people with intellectual disabilities, who will sail in the races scheduled for the Open class on board a ship given by Mount Real Club de Yates. It is an initiative with which the Baionese club aims to continue the integration work that, throughout the year, it develops through its School of Sailing Adapted for Persons with Disabilities, in which hundreds of people with disabilities from all over Galicia have already sailed.
