The Brazilian-Spanish Vicente Romero proclaims Spanish Champion in Doniños

During these seven days, we have been able to enjoy different categories and modalities, in which the Galicia Selection has been crowned as better Spanish autonomy as far as surfing is concerned. We also live during the week a Spanish Junior Surf Championship that guaranteed that the future of Spanish surfing is assured, as the level we saw in the younger ones was really high in all categories, both male and female.
Spanish Surf Championship (Last Day)
He put the final brooch to a week of high-level surfing on Doniños beach in the Concello de Ferrol. The Brazilian-Spanish Vicente Romero has proclaimed himself a new champion of Spain in the absolute category of our surf. They have also been crowned in the categories of SUP Olas the Basque Oihan Aizpuru, in Surf Master Eric Rebiere and in Surf Feminino the new champion of Spain is the Basque Ariane Ochoa. The awards were awarded by Carlos García, President of the Federation of Spanish Surf and Roberto García, Delegate of Sports of the Xunta de Galicia in the province of A Coruña. The presidents of the Galician and Cantabra surf federations; Román Diez and Oscar García respectively.
On the closing day, the first participants of the day jumped into the water at 9: 00 in the morning. From that hour on, we were able to contemplate the first semi-finals of the national championship in the modalities Surf Women, Open, Master and SUP. The level of our surfers was up to the spectacular conditions that were experienced today on the beach of Doniños. With the low tide we have already started to enjoy good surfing by the Riders. As the day progressed, the level of the participants was rising and very good times were experienced. As it was to attend the highest score of the championship, a 10, in a perfect wave made by the Sevillian Juanjo Fernández. And today's podiums were:

Spain Championship of Adapted Surf
Second day on the beach Doniños, an Adapted Surf competition was first held in a National Championship, which after the good results achieved by our surfers in California has been included in this Spanish championship. In addition, we were able to enjoy the first rounds of the category Open Male and Female surf and SUP OLAS Open. The competition has started on schedule. The first participants jumped into the water at 9: 30 in the morning. From that time on, we could see the first rounds of the National Surf Championship in the Open and Master modalities. It was also possible to enjoy the sleeves of SUP Open Waves that gave way to the tests of the Kneeboard mode of which the semifinal and final were disputed.
This day has had a very special character, as we could see three surfers of both human and sports quality out of the ordinary. Riders Pablo Tovar, Alvaro Bayona "Alvin" and Aitor Francesena "Gallo," have for the first time played the Spanish Championship of Adapted Surf in our country. In addition to this new test on the circuit, we also saw the high level of the competition with good scores that advance us that tomorrow we can see very tight endings.
The sleeves left us incredible maneuvers by the participants; airplanes and impossible turns, but it is worth noting the great performance by Aitor Francesena "Gallo" at the end of Adapted Surf, highlighting a score received of 10 points in a wave. Today's podiums were:

Spanish Junior Championship
The Spanish Individual Surf Championship was closed in the junior category, on the Ferrolana beach of Doniños. The finals that have been held so far were all of the junior categories in addition to the finals of the National Championship of Longboard and SUP Women's Walls. The sleeves started on schedule, the first participants jumped into the water at 9: 00 in the morning where we saw the first rounds of the national championship of Longboard and SUP Women's Walls to give way to the junior finals of the different ages.
In the early morning with the low tide we have already started to enjoy good surfing by the Riders. As the day progressed the level of the participants was rising and very tight endings were lived, as was that of male Surf SUB18. The conditions of this initial day remained stable, which led to the first-hour sleeves being held on an uninterrupted basis. The quality of the young promises made us enjoy every day a constant show and intense moments among all those who approached the beach. As a result, we again saw numerous airplanes and spectacular maneuvers with high scores in the different categories of the # CESURF16 junior championship.
In addition the final of Longboard left us the fourth title of Spain for the Sevillian Alberto Fernández. On the other hand the final of SUP Women's OLAS also left us stellar moments of the Spanish pentacampeone the Canary Islands Ibala Ruano. The sleeves left us incredible maneuvers on the part of the participants; air and turns impossible, but the level seen in the category SUB16 by Iker Amatriain should be highlighted. Stressing the high level shown by Iker Amatriain with a large combination of waves reaching a score of (17.75). Today left us the following Spanish champions:
