The second heavy sailing event of 2026 for cruises and ships of the class J80 ended with the north-west wind of 20 knots

The Alpega of Alfonso Churruca in the Regata class, the Turi of Simon Cortés in Cruise I, the Kohen of Juan Carlos Estefanía in Cruise II and the Rural Kutxa School of Vela José Luis de Ugarte of Peru Abásolo between the J80 were imposed in the II Social Trophy for cruises and monotypes of the J80 class, organized by the Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club, after the third and last day disputed in waters of the Abra of Vizcaya.

In Regata, after the 18-mile tour of the last day, he won the Thelonious of Jon Garay - 2 hours and 37 minutes - with the Alpega, the final winner in the computation of the three days, in the second square. The third was the Rat Pack of Javier Chirvarri- second in the final general - and the fourth was the Jaleo of Gonzalo Chirari.

Already in Cruise I, he won the Turi again in an 8-mile test - 2 hours and 14 minutes - with Javier Trueba's Nexus second. In Cruise II he won the favorite Kohen - 2 hours and 16 minutes - with the Txepin of Koldo Baez second

The turn took place in the class J80, in which the Rural Kutxa of Peru Abásolo, after the five tours, ended as a leader thanks to its regularity in the last day, overcoming the Team Group Engineering Pilgrim of José Luis Ribed, two points from the winner, and the Mandovi dalecandELA of Ramón Zubiaga, who gave up the lead to finish third. Fourth was the Fingolfin, fifth the Obelix, sixth the Brut and seventh the Ausart.
