120 pilots from 24 countries have participated in the Aquabike World Championship - Grand Prix of Costa Blanca, which ended yesterday afternoon in Marina de Denia (Alicante). The great joy of the country has been starred by Nacho Armilla, with his victory in Ski GP2 and Jordi Tomás Jiménez, second in Runabout GP2.

Everything is about to start the Aquabike World Championship in the Deportivo and Tourist Marina of Denia. The event, organized by R & M Business with the collaboration of the International Union of Motononautics (UIM), the Real Federación Española de Motonática, H2O Racing and Marina de Denia, will take place between 23 and 25 June and will be presented at the same facilities of Marina de Denia on 23: 00 at a press conference in which, among others, César Sánchez Pérez, President of the Diputación de Alicante; José Miguel Martínez Castejón, President of the Spanish Federation of Motonática; Gabriel Martínez, Director of Marina de Denia, who is a member of the Alvaro and a member of the Maricar, who has been a member of his professional in the competition of the Maricar.

In Denia, stars of this sport will be present, such as Youssef Al Abdulrazzaq, Teddy Pons, FrancoisMedori, Cyrille Lemoine, Kevin Reitrer, Jeremy and Mickal Paret, Alberto Monti and Jennifer Menard, who will share starring with some European champions such as Alessio Schintu and Claude Vangasbeck in Runabout GP3, Benjamin Scharff in Ski GP3 and Diogo Barbosa and Nycolas Olivin in Ski Junior. Spanish participation will also be important, with pilots such as Nacho Armilla, Sandra Fernández, Fede Fuster and Jordi Tomás Jiménez.

The competition starts on Thursday June 23 with the official classification and continues on Friday from 9: 30 already with the different tests. The last departures will be made on Saturday from 4: 00 pm. To conclude the Grand Prix Costa Blanca, the medals will be delivered to the winners, in a gala that will start at 21: 00.

The support of Navarro Alvaro de Marichalar to this World Championship test is a step back for the organization, as it is the great amateur international reference of water bikes.
