The third trial of the President Trophy, in the RCN of Valencia, has brought surprises and changed the protagonists that had been seen during the first two days. In ORC 1-3, Oui, from Toni Garcés, has been imposed with authority after applying the compensated times, taking the leadership of the fleet and demonstrating a great consistency on a path that required strategy and precision.

In ORC 4-5, the triumph has been for Idelmar IV, which has shone in a very competitive group, leaving behind its main rivals, although it is a result that serves little to climb positions on the table, especially when a test remains and comes from adding partial of 6 and DNC in the first two races. Both ships relieve in the palmaris units that had marked the pattern in previous tests: M10 Zas Sailing, Majoche and MSC in ORC 1-3, and Slovak 1, Radazul or Tortooga in ORC 4-5.

Idelmar, by Gonzalo González, has taken on double triumph. He was the first to take the line of arrival, as for the 4-5 ORC fleet, and after the compensated times his first partial triumph in the President Trophy is recorded. With only one test to be disputed, the provisional general of the President Trophy leaves emotions to the limit. In ORC 1-3, Majoche leads 7 points, but the chase is fierce: M10 Zas Sailing is just one point from the leader and MSC Sailing Team to two, leaving everything open for the last test.
