Baiona showed on Saturday that the reference to the peninsular level of the monotyped competition of heavy sail... as regards the fleet of J80. The Mount Real Club de Yates was able to meet again more than twenty units: specifically 23 and what is almost so important... with a very high level... in which really splendid wind and sea conditions were joined.

Three were the valid sleeves; the first for Okofen by Javier de la Gandara... followed by 4 Jotes, Marías, Maija,
Tres60 and April... all with the head group very close. The 4 Jotas again showed solid to be second, while the Okofen went up positions to close the partial podium with a third... on the other hand, the Portonovo Nautical Petrol was disqualified... and in the third act, 4 Jotas signed his partial victory, followed by the New Moon, Juan Luis Tuero, and the Marías.

After the sum of partials (2-2-1), the 4 Jotes of the Atlantic Sailing Clube leads the provisional general classification with 5 points. The Maries (3-1-3) is second with 7 points and the Okofen (1-3-4) is third with 8. Equality is maximum in the pursuit group, with the Tres60, the April and the Waikiki stalking after an inaugural day that leaves open the struggle for the League.
