The Andalusian Federation of Vela, Premio Andalucía de los Sports 2025 al Mejor Gestor... the second recognition in just 24 hours after the award of a Flag of Andalusia in the province of Cadiz

The Andalusian Federation of Vela has been distinguished by the Junta de Andalucía with the Andalucia de los Sports 2025 Award for Best Manager, a award that recognizes its trajectory, its management model and its decisive contribution to the development and projection of Andalusian nautical sport. Since the consolidation of the sailing as a federated discipline in Andalusia, the Andaluza de Vela has been the protagonist of the growth of the nautical sport in the community, becoming one of the most active and recognized autonomous federations of the national landscape... through a wide network of clubs, schools and technicians, the FAV has vertebrated the sailing throughout the Andalusian coast and also in inland waters, making it easier for thousands of athletes to start each year in this sport and developing programmes of technification and high level that have placed Andalusia as one of the great quarries at the national level.

The 2025 Andalucia de los Sportes Award for Best Manager recognizes not only the entity, but also all the people who make this project possible: managers, technicians, clubs, athletes, collaborators and institutions that, over the years, have contributed to building a solid, recognized and constantly evolving model.
