The V Digital Nautical Trophy, organized by the Real Club Marítimo del Abra - Real Sporting Club, is the inaugural test of the extensive sailing calendar for 2026 of the Club de Las Arenas. The fifth edition of this championship begins on Saturday January 10 in the Vizcaina waters of the Abra, with the departure for the J80 monotypes scheduled at 11 a.m. and for the cruises at 11.15 a.m. Three days are scheduled, as it will also take place in this winter season on 24 January and 7 February. The winners last year in this Digital Nautical Trophy were the Rural Kutxa School of Vela José Luis de Ugarte de Peru Abásolo, the Txupinazo de Juan Valdivia, the Bacilón de José Miguel Franco and the Kohen de Juan Carlos Estefanía.

This event that opens the sailing calendar in the Abra will then be followed by the Social Trophy, the VII International Women's Sailing Cup in the J80 class, the V Engel & amp; Völkers Trophy, the 41st edition of the Inverse Regata or the Getxo-Santander-Getxo Liga Plus One 50 +. In the months of June and July, there are also leading, classic and very relevant tests such as the 41st Bizkaia de Cruises Championship, the 61st Eskarra Trophy, the XXXV EKP Regata Costa Vasca - the Golden Whale Trophy and the Gitana Cup. In June, they are joined by the Spanish Championship of the strong class J80 (11-14) and the European Championship of this division (24-28). In addition, in early August the Getxo-Gijón Regata returns, to reach the final months of this new year with the historic Castro Cup that longs for the Vizcaños ships after quite a few years without getting it, another Social Trophy and the IV Dental Clinic Trophy Carmen Parra. The traditional Regata del Gallo will put the colofon to another attractive and intense sailing season in the Vizcaina waters of the Abra.
