The Raal Cédula prays: Issued by his Magestad for the erection of a Maritime and Terrestrial Consulate, comprehensive of the City of La Coruña, its Port, the Vigo, and all the Ports and Peoples of the Archdiocese of Santiago
In 1785, Carlos III of Spain signed a Royal Cédula, which is printed by the missing Ibarra, Sons and Company Widow Printing. The regulations are very detailed, having 61 general specifications (the first 20 are related), in which the Government of Spain, comes into detail the operation and development of the Royal Cédula... as well as those in the functions of the governing body.
