Valencia Mar brought together half a hundred windsurfers from Spain and Italy last weekend

The classic windsurfing again filled the waters of Valencia Mar with color and candles during the third edition of the Valencia Mar Windsurfer Festival, which brought together more than a half a hundred regatists from Spain and Italy in a weekend marked by the wind, the technique and the good environment.

The competition, which has had the participation of prominent names of the class, had as the absolute winner and of Ligeros the current champion of Europe of the class, the Italian Andrea Marchesi, of the Associazione Vela Sabazia, who already took the gold in the edition of 2023. The second position was for Nacho Pérez Lago (RCN La Lena) and Héctor Pérez del Álamo (CV Valencia Mar) was third.

Organized by the Club de Vela Valencia Mar, along with the Federation of Vela de la Comunitat Valenciana, the Real Federación Española de Vela and the International Windsurfer Class Association

In the category of Pesados, the triumph was for Lluís Colomé, of CN Sant Antoni, who was accompanied in the podium by Edoardo Thermes (Associazione Vela Sabazia) and with Álvaro Barba López (CV Valencia Mar) in third place.

Among the women, the Italian Valeria Zullo, of the Tognazzi Marine Village, who also holds the title of the current European champion, rose with the victory, followed by Pilar Prieto Calvo (Club Deportivo Orillas del Agua) and Manuela Arcidiacón (Albaria), third classified.
