Project Senda Azul: the Port of Estepona hosts the Feast of the Sea

Under the motto "Everything that the sea offers us, gives us and teaches us," the day is part of an initiative of the City of Malaga that promotes the culture and sustainability of the coast

The Estepona Sports Port will host the Estepona Sea Festival next Saturday, an event organized by the Mediterranean Marine and the Royal Estepona Nautical Club and sponsored by the Málaga City Council through the Senda Azul project. This is a day designed to bring the natural, cultural and human wealth of the sea closer to the public, within the provincial program "Festivals of the Sea in the Ports: a new way of living the Costa del Sol."

The Estepona Sea Festival will begin at 10: 00 with the sailing, rowing and surfing courses organized by the Royal Nautical Club of Estepona. There will be three shifts - from 10: 00 to 12: 30, from 12: 30 to 15: 00 and from 15: 30 to 18: 00 - designed for different ages and levels. During the entire day, from 10: 00 to 19: 00 hours, guests will be able to visit the exhibition of diving material, where the equipment and technology used in the underwater world will be shown, by the hand of Estepona Diving, located on the bottom of the Nautical Club.

In the afternoon, at 17: 30, the documentary "Málaga Sumergida" will be screened, which invites you to discover the biodiversity and the wonders hidden under the waters of the province. The presentation will include the participation of Pablo Murga, the Naval Commander of Malaga, and Javier Noriega, president of the Maritime-Marine Cluster of Andalusia, who will share their vision of the wealth of the coast of Malaga and the importance of its conservation
