The multinational project of the Gulf of Artabre

It will be the second edition for the multinational project of the Gulf of Artebra... for A NAUTICAL FESTIVAL, which on this occasion will have a total of four prestigious nautical events: the first one of VELA DE CRUCERO with crews on equal ships: the ISABEL ZENDAL REGATA in which will compete a dozen crews of different clubs of the Spanish geography by league system. The ships used will be the J80 of the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña at its School of Sailing ABANCA, and the competition will take place from 17 to 19 October (the first day reserved for official training, the second to the qualifying phase and the third to the finals)... the club host the centenary REAL CLUB NAUTICO DE LA CORUÑA

The second event for the PIRAGUISMO, with the stage of the spectacular DRAGON 12 BOAT, competition organized by the FEGAPI (Galician Federation of Piragüismo, with the support of the CLUB MARINA CORUÑA)... the BCS, MIXTA, OPEN and FEMENINA categories... in competition over 50 teams with a mass of regatists of the order of the six hundred palists from various points of Spain. The BCS category has a great meaning because it is considered by the community sports authorities, with a TERAPIA VALID FOR THE TREATMENT OF MAMA... and of course October has not been chosen randomly as a month of competition... is the month dedicated worldwide to the healing of this disease, which so much damage causes. The date on Saturday 25.

We are already going to November, as the basis of the project is designed to hold a macroevent with a great future in the short and medium term, in low season to promote the quality tourist return. The third act, dedicated to a classic nautical sport: the NAUTICO ESQUI... and two emerging... the WAKEBOARD and the WAKESURF. It will be on this first occasion dedicated to an exhibition of high flights, which we organize with the direction of the FEDERATIONS OF ESQUI NAUTICO-WAKEBOARD of GALICE and SPAIN... what will happen in the maritime area of the Solana on November 22... with figures of the international front line, that will make the delights, of the numerous pubic in the area of nautical leisure that is being generated, in that part of the Port of La Coruña.

As the end of the 2025 edition, the turn will come to the competition of VELA created in honor of one of the great validators of the nautical in the City: AURELIO FERNANDEZ LAGE; and which is reserved for the younger, the VELA BASE: from 10 to 16 years, which has the quality of qualifying competition for the Spanish Championship of the Optimist Class, will bring together in La Coruña 150 young athletes. The celebration of this great children's and cadet sailing race will take place on November 29 and 30.
