Historical double day for the Galician nautical with the concept of Abanca Week: for while in the herculine bay of the hand of the Royal Nautical Club of La Coruña began the Abanca Sailing Series for the 420 and Snipe classes, with the Trophy Cidade da Coruña in play... If in Ourense it was not possible to complete any evidence due to the lack of wind, the intense and very professional work of the Regatas Committee managed to score one sleeve for the 420 and one for the Snipes... but it was not easy for Jano Toro's team to do it. First total calm... then a soft north-west of seven knots, which more than wind was a warning signal and later after cancelling the attempt first at five in the afternoon, the judges took oil out of almost nothing and worked the miracle at their insistence: a slender breeze of 6 knots with a coruñese bay like a bathtub, became valid and at six in the afternoon began the only valid test of these classes with a happy end, with a half-mile girdle and direction to Mera.

When the crone approached the indicative needle of the seven in the afternoon, in Class Snipe the first three crossed the line of arrival by this order: the first were the composite tandem Ignacio Ituri - Jaime Gonzalez of the Naval Commission of Regatas de Ferrol, being the silver for Roberto Bermudez de Castro and Phis of the Club Náutico Marina Coruña (the first bronze in the European recently celebrated in Vilamoura); and the third Jaime Miranda- Pedro Núñez of the Real Club Náutico de La Coruña, in the fourth square of the Coruña and also in the Plaza Náutico. For its part in 420 first Aitana Pérez and Laura de la Fuente (MRCY Baiona-RCN Vigo), second Luis Wizner Pérez Lafuenteo-Celia de la Fuente and third Sara Reboredo-Ines Rasila del Náutico de Vigo. The second day from 11: 00 in the morning, for both classes.
The Ourense de Vela Base Trophy with pontevedres- madrileño podium
In the province of Ourense, Castrelo de Miño was held on the track of the Galicia Nautical Park with the organization of the Orensian Nautical Club, which was set up by the Vigo and Olívico Maritime Vigo clubs of Piragüismo; the Ourense Trophy of Optimiss, and the Clinic Abril for two nautical specialities. The one of Vela led by the preparation of the Spanish Olympic Team Ero Pons and the one of Piragüismo by the highly prestigious Asturian palist: Alvaro Fernández Fiuza.

The image of unity of the two most successful nautical sports at the Galicia and Spain level, within the Olympic Games, which held a joint event at noon at the facilities of Castrelo de Miño... the worst the problems with the wind on this occasion that prevented any evidence, despite the efforts of Pedro Alarcón and his excellent technical team. The situation led to yesterday's results becoming definitive, the victory of Martina Fernández of the Club de Mar de Aguete was confirmed, and two girls from the Real Club Nautico of Madrid, Elsa Laffarga, who obtained the silver, and Lena Olveira, the bronze, were podium. On Sunday at the edge of 12: 00 in the morning, the Closing Ceremony will take place in Castrelo de Miño.
