Thirty-fifth edition of the School of Sailing Trophy José Luis de Ugarte- Fashion Outlet was decided in the Vizcaina waters of the Abra with 175 regatists participating in the classes Optimist, ILCA, FEVA and 420. It was again a great feast of this type, with the wind present in the two days of navigation in which they enjoyed the promises of the sailing in the regatta fields established by the Committee. The ironing of the Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club again generated a phenomenal atmosphere with dozens of regatists and boats.
In the end, Tomás Jáuregui, of the Nautical Club of Hondarribia, was imposed in Optimist 1 and Jon Casasempere, of the Real Club Nautico of San Sebastián, in Optimist 2. Laura Angulo, from the Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club, was the best female regatist in the busy Optimist class. Iñigo Jáuregui and Ion Ancisar, from the Náutico Club of Hondarribia, finished first in 420 with full victories; Daniel Orbegozo and Unai Ipiña, from the Real Club Náutico de San Sebastián, won in FEVA; the cantabre Luis González did so in ILCA 4; and Fernando Echávarri (Real Club Marítimo de Santander) in ILCA 6.

They took part 175 regatists from the different Vizcayos, Gipuzcoans, Alavises, Asterians and Cantabros clubs. Thus, there was representation of the Club Náutico de Vitoria, Club Náutico de Álava, Club Náutico de Hondarribia, Real Club Náutico de San Sebastián, Real Club Marítimo de Santander, Real Club Náutico de Castro-Urdiales, Club de Vela de Santoña, Real Club Náutico de Laredo, Club Náutico Boya 14, Real Club Astur de Regatas, Club Náutico Albatros and the hosts of the Real Club Marítimo del Abra-Real Sporting Club.

The José Luis de Ugarte- Fashion Outlet School of Sailing Trophy is one of the classics and most participative in the Cantabric of the specialty of light sailing. It takes place one more year in the Vizcaina waters of the Abra with two hundred regatists and small boats. This weekend of September 27 and 28 returns with its thirty-fifth edition and many participants from the different Vizcayos, Gipuzcoans, Alavises, Navarre, Cantabros and Asturians.
