The beautiful Portuguese town of Portimao, hosts the iQFOiL Sub 23 World Championship, the Olympic class of windsurfing. The Royal Spanish Federation of Vela presents a team that combines international experience and youth, led by the Olympic in Paris 2024 Nacho Baltasar and Andrea Torres.

The event, organized by the Portimao Naval Clube, will bring together the best specialists Sub 23 from iQFOiL, with over 140 athletes from 31 countries. The Spanish candle is building present and future in one of the most spectacular classes of the Olympic program and this World Cup is a key opportunity not only to measure itself with the international elite, but also to further consolidate the experience of the Olympic athletes and the emerging talent of the strategic project 2032 of the Royal Spanish Vela Federation.

The delegation of the Royal Spanish Federation will be represented by Nacho Baltasar (CN Sa Ràpita), Andrea Torres (CN Arenal) and Bernat Tomàs (CN Arenal). From the 2032 project Bárbara Winau (CN Arenal), Julia Gómez (CN El Balís) and Alex Martí (CM Altafulla) compete, while Enrichetta Bettini (RCN Gran Canaria) does so as part of the N3 group.
