ANEN report: Spanish nautical market continues to fall

The market for recreational craft in Spain closed the period enero-August 2025 with 4,084 enrolments, which is a decrease of -5.3% from the same period of 2024, when 4,313 units were registered. This development confirms the downward trend in the sector in the last two years. August has been particularly negative, with 400 enrolments, which represents a decrease of -25.4% compared to August 2024 and places it as the worst month of August in recent years. The charter market also accentuates the downward trend, with a decrease of -20,8% compared to the same period last year.
