Resolves the first part, the extreme equality between the applicants leaves everything open for the outcome of the Nautical Week
Brujo, of the owner Federico Linares based in the Royal Nautical Club of Cadiz, has proclaimed himself the winner of the thirty-first edition of the Regata Juan de la Cosa, which ended today in the waters of the bay of Cadiz with the dispute of two new tests. The Grand Soleil 37 has claimed its regularity by adding two seconds to the same position that, together with the same previous result, allow it to lift for the ninth time the trophy of the Spanish navigator and cartographer tribute.
The second position is for the Swan 42 Mar Amigo de Basilio Marquínez and Nacho Zalvide, kneeled by a solid crew of RCMtmo Punta Umbria and CN Sevilla. The third square is for the Portuguese Synergy 40 Bamak by Rodrigo Vargas, who started the day as leader, but gave way after a sixth and seventh places.
In the classification by classes ORC and Family Cruise, in ORC 1 wins Mar Amigo with two first and one second, followed by the Merdocq at one point, and the Grand Soleil 45 Balboa by Ángel Rodríguez (CN Sevilla), at five. In ORC 2, the equality is maximum with three-tie head that is resolved with the victory of the boat Taboga Navigation School, followed by Bamak 'and Solerig 6. In ORC 3 full of the Witch, imbatted, followed by the DE 6 Copiers Costa Luz and the Kapote Third of Álvaro González and Pablo Torres (CN Puerto Sherry).
