Normality in La Coruña, the Golfiño was made with the final victory

The Golfiño by José Naya of the Nautico Club Ria de Ares was awarded the 52 Rías Alta cruise race after more than 100 miles in four days. It was imposed in three of the disputed stages. 2025-07-05: 52 Rías Altas Regata: Jaime Araújo's Carpancho VI arrives leader in Laxe

The Carpancho VI of Jaime Araujo (Royal Nautic Club of La Coruña) is the new leader after the second stage of the 52 Rías Alta race for Cruises, after winning in the Laxe- Muxia stage of about 16 miles. Jaime Araújo's crew consolidated the distances to the height of Camariñas, entering the goal of Muxia. On the back strong struggle for the podium but the second square was for the Zospiro of Guillermo Blanco, while the third square was achieved by the Golfiño, by Jose Naya of the Nautical Club Ria of Ares.

The general, now headed by the Carpancho, the second place is for the Golfiño while the Zospiro is third; however between the first three there is a difference of only two points. Conclusion: nothing is decided when two stages are still missing.

This Saturday the third day of the Rías Altas, between the ports of Muxia and Malpica of Bergantiños, with 30 miles of tour, is disputed to end on Sunday in the port of A Coruña, with exit from Malpica and with 21 miles away.

2025-07-04: 52 Rías Altas Regata: José Naya's Golfiño leader after the first round, La Coruña-Laxe
