The Monte Real Club de Yates de Baiona hosted the official presentation of the Galicia 52 Super Series Royal Cup, the second notable event of the 2025 season, to be held from 2 to 7 June

Everything is ready in the Villa de la Pinta, to start next June 2, the Galicia 52 Super Series Royal Cup 2025, which will have as a defender the German Platoon Aviation, winner of the last edition played in Valencian waters. The event will have 11 teams from nine countries manned by over 150 regatists from all corners of our very beautiful blue planet, from New Zealand to the United States, from Thailand to South Africa, from Japan to Portugal.

During the course of the event, the Monte Real presented the update of its facilities, consisting of the construction of a new 145-meter trousers with 29 new moorings for boats from 12 to 16 meters in length and the creation of two new lines for large lengths, as well as the additional extension of 48 metres of an existing trousers to protect the new infrastructure of the waves.

The competition will be held from 2 to 7 June in the Ria de Vigo, by the Monte Real Club de Yates de Bayona. Day 2 is reserved for the official training race, not punctuable. From 3 to 7 there will be up to ten tests, without discards.
