The Italian Jesper Karlsen wins the Palamós Optimist Trophy and Spain the Nations Cup

The Italian Jesper Karlsen (Fraglia Vela Riva) has proclaimed himself the absolute champion of the 35th Palamós International Optimist Trophy and Spain has revalidated the title as winner of the 19th Nations Cup.
