The II Social Trophy for cruises and ships of the J80 class, organized by the Royal Maritime Club of the Abra-Real Sporting Club, is held from this Saturday and will consist of three days. The most long superyacht race in Europe is moved to the prestigious and avant-garde Club de Mar- Mallorca, located in the heart of Palma. This location change will bring together ships, owners and crews next to the SYC's vibrant Race Village, which will be the epicenter of the social scene and the event's networking.

The choice of this new headquarters and the possible incorporation of new classes into the race have aroused a great interest in being part of the action in the Bay of Palma.

Lanzarote Calero Sailing Team starts with determination on the 44Cup circuit

The Lanzarote Calero Sailing Team today completed its last training day before the official start of the 44Cup Nanny Cay, the first test of the 2025 season of the prestigious international RC44 circuit. It has been a demanding day in the water, marked by well-executed maneuvers and an unexpected setback: the gennaker break, an incidence that the team managed quickly and determined to move forward with its preparation.

Despite this percand, the team has demonstrated its ability to react, achieving one of the best outputs in the first test sleeve of the day. These trainings have been key to refining coordination among crew members and further strengthening the integration of new regatists. With six of the nine team members born in Lanzarote, the Lanzarote Calero Sailing Team faces this new challenge with the aim of consolidating itself in the class elite.
