A surprising final in the course of the elections to the presidency of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo... or rather in the legal preparations, with the presentation of the two candidates... the aspirant Toné Pérez Castro was over three hundred vouchers in yesterday's day; while the president was not even 50%. Surprise, but the best was missing: the Electoral Board considered that Portela had produced very serious irregularities in its documentation, closing the issue with this appreciation: will open disciplinary file after it is detected that they are listed as partner avalists who did not sign the minutes, as José Antonio Portela presupposes...

This is in particular what is stated in the minutes of the Electoral Board: "such signed vouchers without knowing the origin of such a signature." In addition, the Board was aware that the candidate for Vice-President on Portela's list also did not know of his inclusion in the nomination and "does not recognize his signature in the acceptance document as a candidate." For its part, it has announced that a disciplinary file will be opened to conduct the relevant investigations and, where appropriate, to adopt any sanctions that may arise from the facts described. Finally, the candidacy of Tone Pérez Castro is accepted, as it meets all the requirements. Now to wait for the 12th, the end originally planned for the electoral process.
