Francisco Coro re-elected president of the Andalusian Vela Federation
Francisco Coro, has been re-elected as President of the Andalusian Vela Federation for a third consecutive legislature, consolidating his leadership at the head of this institution which, under his leadership, has experienced significant progress. Coro was re-elected in the course of the Assembly held on Tuesday at the Specialized Centre for Sports Tecnification of Vela Bahia de Cadiz, headquarters of the Andalusian Federation of Vela in El Puerto de Santa María. In the coming weeks the President will appoint the Board of Directors to accompany him for the next four years. During his first two legislatures, Coro has driven a wide range of improvements and for the next four years, the president stresses that there is still a way to go.
The president of the Andaluza de Vela will continue in this new stage, in a balance with that of Vice President of the Royal Spanish Federation of Vela.
The World Cup of Optimist began in the Nautico de Mar de Plata with the leadership of the rosarino Lucas Vogt
Ideal conditions to break the ice from the start in this great event organized by the Mar del Plata Nautico Club and the International Association of the Optimist Class. The rosarine Lucas Vogt leads the general classification.

In the red fleet, the first race was won by the Dutch Maurits Melena, escorted by the Uruguayan Maximus Ortiz Bertoletti, while the second test of the day was for the British Leo Gosling and the escort was again the Uruguayan Ortiz.
