The CDCP Trophy faces its final day in Abra waters

It is disputed on Saturday in the waters of the Abra the third and final day of the II Dental Clinic Trophy Carmen Parra (CDCP) for the ships of the Regata class, Cruise and J80. This test is one of the last of the calendar scheduled each year by the Real Club Marítimo del Abra-Real Sporting Club, as then only the Regata del Gallo will be missing. After the two previous days are leaders the Rural Kutxa of Peru Abásolo in the J80 division; the Maitena of Mikel Emaldi in the Regata class; the Bacilon of José Miguel Franco in Cruise I; and the Kohen of Ander Estefania in the Cruise class II.

Barcelona inaugurates the Failing Winter Series season with the EuroCup Waszp final

The final of the Waszp EuroCup 2024 and the opening of the Barcelona Failing Winter Series 2024-2025, organized by the Real Club Nautico of Barcelona in collaboration with Renting RIBs and the Barcelona International Sailing Center... participate 47 Riders from 10 different countries... Spain, France, Italy, Norway, Switzerland, Sweden, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium and the United States.

The Barcelona Failing Winter Series competition will take place in four events, scheduled between December 2024 and February 2025. The first stage, which will match the end of EuroCup 2024, will take place from 6 to 8 December, followed by a second series from 13 to 15 December. The action will resume in February 2025 with races on 14, 15 and 16, and will end with an exciting closure on 21, 22 and 23 of the same month.


Elite competitions in the second act of the 58 Nautical Week of Alicante

The second event of the 5 Nautical Week of Alicante will be held from tomorrow Friday to Sunday at the facilities of La Cantera del Real Club de Regatas de Alicante... following the competition of the Optimist, last weekend, now is the time of light sailing with the classes Europe, 420 and ILCA in its versions ILCA 7, ILCA 6 and ILCA 4; of the federations of Catalonia, Comunitat Valenciana and Region of Murcia.

In Europe it will be the largest in the country, the Catalans Ramon Figueras and Emma Collins (CN Costa Brava-Vela Palamós)... as well as the world subchampion Alejandro Pareja (RCN Torrevieja), in total 33 ships. The Ilca6 will be the largest of all Nautical Week with 63 registered crews. The Roca de Togores (RCN Torrevieja) will be the novelty together with Blanca Ferrando, the world's world champion of the Nautico of Valencia. Among the children Peter Adam (CN Santa Pola) opts for metals. For its part the Ilca4 has 26 registered; the 420 will have 15 tandem of the powerful fleet of the Valencia Community.

Spanish Navy Trophy XII Martial Admiral Sánchez Barcaiztegui, IX Azor Ambiental Trophy Paco Pérez, under the organization of the Royal Club of Regatas Santiago de la Ribera begins a new chapter from 6 to 8 December; the waters of the Minor Sea welcome one of the reference regatas for the Snipe class.

An edition that has exceeded all expectations since at the official closure of registration are 78 ships (156 regatists), representing 11 countries (Belgium, Brazil, Cuba, France, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, USA and Spain) which will take for this bats event, which is part of the National Circuit of the Snipe Class.

The Andalusian pre-selection of optimist concentrated in the Sports Tecnification Centre of Sela Bahia de Cadiz

Concentration of the Andalusian team of the Optimist class, pre-selected after competing in the two Fases of the Cup of Andalusia, the autonomous championship and the Trophy of Hispanity. The concentration will be held at the Specialized Centre for Sports Tecnification of Vela Bahia de Cadiz, headquarters of the Andalusian Federation of Vela in El Puerto de Santa María, under the direction of the coaches Fernando Yrayzoz and Curro Casado, and aims to prepare the team for the Cup and the Spanish Championship to be held in the waters of Murcia and Santander.
