2016-sonvela fvv

Among the missions of the Federation of Vela de la Comunitat Valenciana is to energize the sport of the sailing, to enhance its expansion and its practice, to disseminate its values and to generate added value for the activity. All this is intended with the launch of the new brand that gives the Federation of Vela de la Comunitat Valenciana a more powerful, more integral and more appropriate image to the existing cycles and communication tools. The new logo-brand of the Federation of Sailing has been designed and developed by the Branding Cabinet of the agency Doyou Media and aims to become the sports and social icon of the sailing sport in the Valencia Community. The typography of the logo "SOM VELA" is curved and sinuous, like the waves of the sea. With pronouncements that give him personality and balance. The symbol of the brand "SOM VELA" represents the geometry of the isobaras, the curved form of the balum of a candle, the vile center or point where the force generated by the wind in the candle acts, which coincides with the geometric center of the design. It is a diagonal form that radiates dynamism, a candle that is expressed in a fresh, elegant and modern way. The new image will now identify the entire sports, training and institutional area dependent on the FVCV: the federal body, the network of approved schools, the nautical teaching centres and the teaching centres for sports technicians. The aim of this change of image is to enhance the identity and projection of the sport of the candle which, in addition to its strictly competitive field, an invaluable value as a tourist and citizen product that the FVCV and the nautical clubs aim to enhance.
