The Nautical Puerto Sherry pays tribute to the Civil Guard within the framework of its Repsol Cruise League
This Saturday the Puerto Sherry Nautical Club organizes the Civil Guard Trophy framed in the eighth Repsol Cruise League test that has been held since last spring. The race will not only stand out this time for its sporting aspect, but also for the tribute to the Civil Guard on the day of its patron's campaign framed in the campaign of the 50 values of the Civil Guard, a symbol of commitment and dedication to the safety of all, especially in our case of protecting human life at sea. To give greater relevance to the event, the program includes the participation of the Civil Guard, with the presence of a state-of-the-art boat and various public activities.
The day will begin at 12: 30 with the usual pattern meeting, prior to the departure of the boats from Puerto Sherry to the race area. On this occasion to strengthen ties and mutual knowledge, 15 civil guards participate in the race by embarking on the participating ships. The departure of the race will take place at 13: 30 from a Civil Guard boat, where the competition judge, committee members and special guests will be present.
