Sassnitz will host the first SailGP event in Germany

The coastal city of Sassnitz on the island of Rügen will host the first SailGP event in Germany. The international championship, recognized as the world's most exciting water race, will be held on August 16 and 17, 2025 in front of the impressive backdrop of the region's chalk cliffs and its picturesque port.
