They have mastered with authority the global of 13 trials in very complex wind conditions

The couple Pablo Völker- Federico Polimeni, from the Royal Nautical Club of Tarragona, have proclaimed themselves world champions of the category F18 of catamarans. The competition was held this week in the Bay of Roses, in five days during which up to 13 tests were held under very changing wind conditions, which have tested the technical and organizational capacity of the staff, and the ability of the regatists in their maneuvers.

Of the 130 catamarans that have taken part in the competition, Völker and Polimeni have been imposed with much authority on the rest of the ships. Only the Australians Brett Burvill and Max Puttman have been able to follow them from afar and have obtained the silver medal, followed in the third podium by Toni Rivas and Jordi Sánchez of the Garraf Nautical Club.
