Positive day in the Europeans of 470 and 49er FX and the world of Nacra 17

Xammar- Brugman take command of the absolute general in the European of 470... Támara Echegoyen and Paula Barceló hold seventh place in the European 49th FX, tenths of the absolute general... Tara Pacheco and Andrés Barrio are ninth in the world of Nacra 17
Opposition conditions in Cannes and La Grande Motte for the second day of competition that, above them, closes with good news for the Spaniards: Xammar and Brugman are leaders of the absolute general in the European of 470, and both Pacheco and Barrio (9th) and Echegoyen Barceló (7th European, 10th general) enter the Top10 of the world of Nacra 17 and the European of 49er FX respectively.
Cannes gave a day of loose wind, not exceeding eight knots, to the 470 European Championship, in which two new tests went up to the markers of the 46 participants. With a 2-6, the latter can be ruled out, Xammar and Brugman close the Classifying Series at the head of the fleet with impeccable partial.
The other side of the coin was in La Grande Motte, where a day of very hard conditions has been lived. The strong wind with the stirred sea has marked the only race disputed in the European 49th FX. Támara Echegoyen and Paula Barceló began the day with the strength to scratch points in the classification, starting with an eighth that allowed them to enter the Top10 of the general, being septiles among the continental fleet.
Today it is the Polacas Melzacka and Jankowiak who hold the first temporary position, tied with the Italian Germani and Bertuzzi, on a table in which Paula Wieringen and Claudia Sobral, the second Spanish crew of the 2028 team, are twenty-fourth.
Among the 49ers, who have disputed the three planned tests and in whose classification the British command Grummett and Hawes, the first Spanish crew is that of Conrad Konitzer and Antonio Martínez, 36th, followed by Martin and Jaime Wizner, 44th, and Pol Marsans and José Manuel Ruiz, 49th.
Three tests with a 2-4-3 place Tara Pacheco and Andrés Barrio in the tenth place of the classification of the World Championship of Nacra 17, tied with the eighth and only one point from the seventh. The Spanish dupla has been very fast in today's three sleeves, overcome only by crews of the size of the Italians Tita and Banti or the British Gimson and Burnet, gold and Olympic silver in Tokyo respectively. Italians remain leaders by increasing their advantage in provisional classification.
