Chapela and Cabo de Cruz, Spanish batel champions

More than 100 batels in the National Bateles, the Alevin category debut and the third flag for the absolute palmaris of Cabo de Cruz and the seventh for those of the Remo Chapela Club
The Spanish Bateles Championship, which took place in the Ria de Arousa in the Coruñesa villa of A Pobra do Caramiñal, celebrated its 81 edition, competing in absolute, juvenile, cadet, child and, for the first time, in alevin categories. All of them both female and male.
After a day of classification on Saturday, the finals arrived in the Sunday. First the finals B were imposed: Ondarroa Arraun Elkartea, in female alevin and Club do Mar Bueu, in male alevin. In children, the premises of the Remo Puebla Club and Mundakako Arraun Thamera in the male category did so. With regard to cadets, the best were those of the Society of Remo Pedreña and the best, the hosts of Remo Puebla. Hibaika won the B final among the youth and the boys at the Remo Ares Club did the same. The first absolutes of the B Finals were those of San Juan Passages and those of Club Remo Ares.
At 12 noon, the A Finals were set off, where the top 5 teams in each category were measured. The first flag of the champion, and for the first time in batels, was achieved by the alevines of Isuntza Arraun Elkartea, behind them Tiran Sports Society and Mugardos Sea Club. After them, children, the Club de Remo Cabo de Cruz being the fastest, ahead of the Samertolameu Sports Society and the Borio Nautical Club. Then it was the shift of the cadets, where Pasajes de San Juan did the same, moving for 27 centémas to the Club de Remo Cabo de Cruz, and those of the Society Deportiva de Remo Kaiku were third. The youth turn came, and the flag was signed by the Club de Remo Robaleira, also took by Hernaniko Arraún Elkartea and the Club de Remo Valle de Camargo, silver and bronze, respectively. In the great female finale, the Remo Chapela Club, as it last did two years ago, would wave the champion flag again. The Iberdrola Trophy, the best female medalist, was for the Club Remo Cabo de Cruz
Then the male categories came out in the water. The first allevin was the Remo Vila de Cangas Club, behind it the Remo la Planchada Club and Elantxobe Arraun Elkartea. The Club de Remo Mecos was the best of the children, ahead of the Club de Remo la Planchada and the Club de Remo Cabo de Cruz. They waved the flag of champions, in cadets, the boys of Itsasoko Ama, the Boiro Nautical Club was second and Arkote Remo Club third. For less than a second it was decided the gold, and flag, juvenile, being the Club of Remo Chapela that overtook the minimum to the Isuntza Arraún Elkartea, and with some more of the slack to the Club of Remo Nautical Activities. And the last exit came, the absolute male with great names from the fixed bank of Cantabric on the five streets. The Cabo de Cruz Club was the winner for just over a second of an advantage over Zierbana Erraun Elkartea, which was silver, and the bronze was for the Remo Chapela Club.
