An investment of about EUR 15 million is expected. The project will include the renewal of the dates, meeting spaces, as well as high-quality entertainment and leisure services. More than 220 square meters of the place will be for restaurants, 60 square meters for bars, and 250 square meters for offices

Azimut-124; Benetti Group, the world's first leading group in the nautical sector, and D-Marin, the selection of top quality marines, will start working together in the marina of Livorno in order to make it one of the most prestigious yacht destinations in the Mediterranean. This association is born of a shared desire to encourage the growth of nautical tourism.

During the press conference attended by both personalities and the main stakeholders, which took place on 28 March in collaboration with the mayor of Livorno, D-Marin and Azimut, 124; Benetti Group announced that the construction of the Navy of Livorno will begin in April 2024.

The joint venture between Azimut and 124; Benetti Group and D-Marin will give the city of Livorno one of the most important marinas in the Mediterranean, which will be designed by Archea, in Florence. The project is expected to be completed by June 2026, although the first parts of the Livorno Navy will be available to customers sooner than planned. There will be a total of 815 moorings.

The marina of Livorno will comply with environmental credentials thanks to the strong commitment of Azimut, 124; Benetti Group and D-Marin to create sustainable marines for present and future generations. The marina will have natural elements such as trees and hedges instead of fences, solar panels that will produce a significant part of the energy, and the rain water will be recovered for the irrigation of the green areas.
