HSN, The Spanish brand specializing in high-performance sports nutrition sails in the J70 fleet, adding to the values of sustainability and healthy life associated with the sailing sport... that with a crew hundred percent canary, the team has its base in Barcelona. The team will participate throughout the national calendar of J70 and in the World Championship after being ranked first of the national ranking.

The J70 class continues to grow in our country and is consolidated as the monotype of fashion in both Spain and the rest of the world. Proof of of this is that in the two current national fleets, Barcelona and Vigo, the teams are increasing and in each race there are more participants. The last addition is the HSN Sailing Team, which will be the main sponsor of the Monjo team (ESP-1214).

The HSN Sailing Team will be made up of a canarian crew with Luis Martínez Doreste as patron, Guti del Castillo as tactical. Adolfo López Quevedo to the bow, María Bertrand to the piano and Ricardo Terrades to the taimado of foque and spinnaker. From these regatists the first three come from Gran Canaria, Mary was born in Tenerife and the trimmer is from Lanzarote. In addition to these five crew members, the team will sometimes be strengthened by two other, contrasted ,-experienced, launcher regatists such as Nano Negrín and Gonzalo Morales.

The boat is based in the city of Barcelona and will sail under the grompola of the Real Club Nautico de Barcelona, the Real Club Nautico de Gran Canaria and the Real Club Nautico de Arrecife.

The HSN Sailing Team has confirmed its participation in the entire J70-class national race calendar, opening this next weekend at the Barcelona Spring Series, which will consist of 3 events, from March to May. They will also participate in the Spanish Championship that will take place... in Barcelona from 19 to 21 April, they will continue in Vigo with the Spanish Cup from 21 to 23 June. And as the most outstanding event of the season is the World Championship to be held in Palma de Mallorca from September 14 to 21, which they can go to after having been ranked in the first position of the national ranking last year.

A brand aligned with the sea and sustainability HSN, a nutrition brand for sport, health and well-being, already present in other sports disciplines; it is now on board this project to support with its best products the regatists, sharing many of the values that the sport of the sailing: sustainability and life-saving, as well as effort, constancy and teamwork.
