Official training day of the 470 World Cup in Mallorcan waters

The official training day prior to the start of hostilities by the 470 World Championship showed a very different bay in Palma than usual. Astiazaran and Morales offer show at the 5 Barcelona Failing Winter Series event

The fifth event of the Barcelona Failing Winter Series has concluded with a resounding success, attracting leading regatists from all over the world and consolidating the City Condal as an international reference for the Foil... in the regatist water of the United States, Norway, France, the Netherlands, Britain and Spain. In the midst of a demanding scenario, 8 sleeves were held, where Pablo Astiazaran of the Real Nautical Club of Barcelona emerged as a winner after an intense struggle with Alberto Morales of the Real Nautic Club of Arrecife, Quico Urios of the Real Nautical Club of Valencia closed the podium by overcoming Pierre Poitevin (FRA) of the Societé Nautique of Ajaccio. With this brilliant victory, Pablo Astiazaran continues to further strengthen his position as the leader of the series. The next event, the sixth and final stage of the series, is scheduled for March 8, 9 and 10. This final stage promises to be an exciting show, with an outstanding international participation, framed in the collaboration between the Real Club Nautico de Barcelona and the Société Nautique de Genève.

The Women's Team of Limosa The Famous Project, in Antigua... ready for the Atlantic Challenge

Just achieved an excellent third place in the RORC Caribbean 600 race and much training around the island of Antigua itself, the seven members of The Famous Project team will leave Antigua tomorrow for their first exclusively female ocean crossing across the Atlantic, heading to Portimao, Portugal, at their MOD70 The Famous Project Limosa. As they prepare for their exclusively female challenge for the 2025 Julio Verne Trophy, when they will sail the Ultim IDEC Sport record, this transatlantic step is an important stage in team formation, strengthening cohesion and developing skills over a long period of time. In the fast and fast they will tribe of 70 feet that must be sailed to the limit to achieve the best performance.
