The International Canoeing Federation, based in the Helvetic city of Lausane, has unanimously approved that the sea kayak test that has the support of the Vigo Consistory as part of the Vigo Trophy of Piragüismo and Vela, will be entered in its official calendar of international events.

The competition that will be held in the waters of the Viguese era within the week Abanca 2024, with the organization of the Club Marítimo de Vigo and the Club de Piragüismo Olívico, has been recognized internationally with the support of the Galician Federation of Piragüismo and the Royal Spanish Federation... as well as that of the Superior Council of Sports.

Initially the date allocated from Geneva was September 15, however the organizers are negotiating a change of date, to take place on August 31, at the Rande Ensenada based on the old ETEA facilities at the foot of the peninsula of the Guide... as it is considered more attractive to the Spanish and Lusitan Calendars. The request is being managed personally by the top head of the FEGAPI, Alfredo Bea.

In the Kayak de Mar International Vigo Concello Trophy, it is expected to overcome the 200 K1 and K2 rebar, with more than three hundred palists from southern Europe of the cadet, youth, senior, master and veteran categories (both male and female, as well as mixed)... who will represent at least six countries, with several of the best specialists from the kayak fleets of Spain and Portugal, who will compete at 5000 meters (for the base categories) and 10000 meters... in one of the most beautiful areas of the Raias, in the full Raias of the Raias:
