The team continues to make progress in its preparation schedule for its participation in the Copa América Juvenil y Mujemenina, which will take place in September and October 2024. The Sail Team BCN is involved in the process of selection of regatists for both teams that has been active since last May, when the doors of the Port de Sitges base were opened. This has been the seventh concentration of the Sail Team BCN in Port de Sitges since it started the selection program. As a result of these concentrations, almost 30 women and young people have been invited to train on the basis of the potential of the team's leaders. The regatists who aspire to be part of the Sail Team BCN combine during these working days navigation and work in the simulator and physical preparation.
