The montilpada candle forcefully starts its 2024 National Calendar with two consecutive events in Galician waters: first this weekend in the Ria de Vigo, with the staging of the J70 Villalia Winter Series that organizes the J70 Class with the support of the Royal Nautical Club of Vigo; and the next one in the herculine waters with the J80 Sailing Series Finals, with the Trophy Cidade da Coruña in play, which closes the Abanca Week 2023 (quote postponed by a temporary in December)... being the host of the Royal Club of La Corutico. Both one event and another, of the highest peninsular level, with the presence of many of the best specialists, at the moment.

In Vigo several new, and all positive, developments... including the reappearance in olive waters of the current Spanish champion of J70, the national champion Jorge Martínez Doreste of the Real Club Náutico Gran Canaria, who will lead the leaders of La Guardia & Moreira, at the head of an excellent crew, amen of the canary: Paula Gonzalez Esteban, Jacobo Vecino, Juan Dan and Nicolás Dominguez.

Another of the favorites is the Noticia del Real Club Náutico de Barcelona, with Pablo Santurde del Marítimo de Santander a la rea... and with world titles, as well as two wins in the Transat.
