The Catalan Vela Federation celebrates the first edition of the Technical Personnel Training Day

The first edition of the Technical Personnel Training Day was held at the Barcelona International Sailing Center (BISC), in the hands of the Catalan Vela Federation, with the support of the General Secretary for Sport and Physical Activity, with a half a hundred technicians and techniques of the Catalan sailing that have enjoyed six enriching talks of growth in the field of work, conducted by professionals with a contrasting experience. The topics discussed have been: the emotional management of the regatists, by the sports psychologist Cristina Hill; the harassment among equals in the sport, by the specialist in matter Xènia Ríos; the first actions in the face of water injuries, by the expert Ángel Miquel; the adapted sport and the inclusive sailing, by the coach Juanjo Beltrán and by the regatist Jordi Cargol; the Copa América, by the members of the American Cup Natàlia Via- Dufresne and Xavier Prat; and how to plan a training and / or a charge of the coach, or a season, by Joaquí.
