After three days in Tarifa in which the strong wind rachas made it impossible to complete more than one test, the Valencian Alejandro Client was proclaimed the winner of the national circuit of Formula Kite.

The weather part pointed out that in the three days when the Formula Kite Spain Series were going to fight the last race of the year it was going to be blowing an intense wind that would make it very difficult to go out and sail. The forecast became a reality and a constant lift of twenty-six knots with more than thirty-five rachas prevented the fleet from sailing in Tarifa in the first two days of competition.

However, the wind forecast of the third and last day of the Foil Boards FKSS 2023 Tarifa opened up a small possibility to perform some test at first hour of the day. Thus, around nine o'clock in the morning, the athletes concentrated on the beach of Los Lances ready to go out to sail. Unfortunately, the intensity of the wind increased rapidly, giving time only to a test.

Mallorca, Palamós, Castellón and Tarifa have been the locations by which the circuit has run throughout 2023 and by which Citation has been working its leadership of the general classification allowing it to win the circuit again, thus completing three years of consecutive victories.
