Rotary success of the Symposium on Puerto Deportivos in Marbella
Of great success we can catalogue the development of the XVI Symposium on Sports Ports, which was held in the last week of May in Marbella, organized by ASMAR and the collaboration of the Spanish Federation of Sports and Tourism Ports Associations, the Council of Development and Housing of the Junta de Andalucía, Marine of Andalusia, ANEN and CEACNA, yes as the support of Ariño and Villar Abogados, Marine of the Mediterranean, Easypier, Hotel Marbella and the campaign Andalusia.
The symposium was opened by José Bernar Gutiérrez, Mayor of Marbella, who was accompanied by Alfonso Rodríguez Gómez Managor of the Public Agency of Ports of Andalusia, Gabriel Sandoval President of FEAPDT, José Carlos Martín Sánchez President of Marinas of Andalusia and ASMAR Manager Victor Montero, Director of these days.
After the protocol José Enrique Garrido, partner of Ariño and Villar Abogados first presented the presentation "The Registration of Property, the public land-based maritime domain and the marinas," whose rapporteur was Juan María Fraile and later that of Jesús Jordano Fraga, Professor of Administrative Law of the University of Seville, on "The reform of the Law and the Costas and its new regulations: effects on the concessions of marinas."
The first morning he concluded with two talks: "The sports ports: the infrastructure and the services" by the Director of the School of the Walks of Valencia Vicent Estreban Chapapria and "The sports ports: environmental aspects" by the Doctor Ingeniero de Caminos, Macario Fernández- Alonso Trueba, who is the President of MC Valnera.
As the end of the inagural day these four themes, presented all of them by Gabriel Sandoval president of the FEAPDT: "The importance of the sports ports in the economy: regulation, development and competition" (Gaspar Llanes Díaz Salazar, Secretary of Economy Junta de Andalucía), "Campaign for the promotion of the Spanish nautical: Embarcate" (Carlos Sanlorenzo, Director General of ANEN), "The Nautical Tourism as of economic development" (Javier Carnero, Delegate of Turismo- Sport of Andalusia) and "Growth and Tourism of the Azul- the European model (Odysseto European)," (European Council of Europe).
During the closing day, José Moyano Director of the Port of Málaga made two presentations: "The concessions of marinas: contractual, demanial and financial aspects" (Alberto Ruiz Ojeda, Professor of the University of Málaga) and "The regime of extensions of the náutico-sports concessions of general interest of the State" (José Antonio Morillo-Velarde Chief of the Legal Advisory of State Ports).
In the final section of the symposium, the Director of the Puerto de Huelva Ignacio Alvarez- Osorio moderated the first round in which José Ignacio Villar, Director of Portos de Galicia, Rosa Nieto Castro, General Coordinator of Ports of Andalusia and Gustavo Santana, Director of Ports Canarios, participated. The theme is the criteria of the autonomous communities on the concessions of seaports.
As a close of the second round table with Carlos Domingo Soler Director General of OP de Valencia, Francisco Javier Ramis Director of Ports of Baleares and Salvador García- Avyllón Directo General de Transportes y Costas de Murcia. The final closure was carried out by Felipe López García, Consejero de Fomento de la Junta de Andalucía and José Lorca Ortega, President of State Ports.
