In the absence of only one day, the Symphony, Bacilon, Kohen and Kiwi are first in the different classes.

In the tenth edition of the El Correo Trophy, two tests were carried out in the different classes, at first with a loose wind of 7 knots from the north-east and then up to 16. After the penultimate day of this championship that awards regularity, the Symphony of veteran patron Javier Onaindia won on the two tours of the Regata class. In the first, of 8 miles and with much emotion, he did so by exceeding for only two seconds after the time compensated to the Thelonious of Jon Garai.

Third was the Akelarre of Mauricio Guibert, fourth the Maitena of Mikel Emaldi, fifth the Txupinazo of Juan Valdivia, sixth the Alpega of Alfonso Churruca and seventh the Rat Pack of Javier-varri. It was the day of the Symphony, which was also imposed on the second tour, to overcome the Maitena for three and a half minutes and take away the lead. Both the Symphony and the Maitena are at the top of the 4-point tied classification, waiting for the last day.

On the other hand, the Bacilón of José Miguel Franco, after the two tests of Cruciero I, is leader with 4 points, for the 6 that has the Nexus of Javier Trueba and the 9 of the Sprits of Javier Landaluce. In addition, the Kohen was again imposed on the two cruises of Cruise II, and takes 4 points to the Blai de Iñigo Aldea and 6 to the Ramper de Jairo López de Guevara.

The Kiwi de Félix Moneo (6 points), while the Ausart de Igartxe Berasategui is second (9 points) and the Obelix de Pablo Gomeza third (15 points), are presented as a leader before the final day.

The fourth and last episode of this El Correo Trophy will take place at the Abra on Saturday, 21 this month.

The X Trophy El Correo enters its decisive section with the celebration of the third of the four tests that make up this championship organized by the Real Club Marítimo del Abra-Real Sporting Club, which develops the last months of its 125th anniversary.

The tours in the Vizcaina waters of the Abra for the ships of the Regata class, Cruise, as well as for those of the J80 division are planned on Saturday at noon, according to the weather conditions. So far, the Maitena of Mikel Emaldi is the leader of the Regata class with two first positions, followed by the Alpega of Alfonso Churuca and the Symphony of Javier Onaindia, both tied to five points, three of the first.

On the other hand, in the Cruise class I, the Kribi of Juanma Pereiro, with the Sprits of Iñaki Landaluce second and the Nexus of Javier Trueba third, appears on the top of the classification, in a class in which everything is to be decided with the first three in a handkerchief. For its part, the Kohen of Juan Carlos Estefanía is the clear dominator in the Cruise class II, with the Blai of Iñigo Aldea in second position.

Among the J80 monotypes is the Kiwi of Félix Moneo, with the Ausart of Igartxe Berasategui just one point from the leader. The Pilgrim of Juan Penide occupies the third position and the Obelix of Pablo Gomeza the fourth.
