The Ria de Vigo Nautical Cluster presents the fourth edition of the Blue Week

The Nautical Cluster Ria de Vigo announced this morning that it will be the fourth edition of the Blue Week... an event that has been consolidated as a reference in the promotion of Galicia and the Ria de Vigo as cultural and tourist destinations through nautical activities of a sports, cultural and recreational character.
The Blue Week will take place between September 30 and October 8 and has the support of the Xeral Secretariat for or Sport, the Conselleria do Mar, Abanca, the Harbour Authority of Vigo, Ecoembes and Anfaco Cecotracto.
During these days, the attendees will be able to enjoy unique experiences in the Ria de Vigo, ranging from guided cruises to initiation activities to different sports, learn from the showcooking, snorkel in the Cis Islands or visit the Nautilus submarine observatory, the Hydria II or the Navy's Pilgrim School.
In addition, in order to promote environmental awareness, Ecoembes will provide training and awareness-raising talks in collaboration with Blue Week and a number of free marine exhibitions will be installed at the Vigo Maritime Station facilities.
As a novelty this year, a gastronomic and musical space will be enabled on the promenade of Las Avenidas, where the attendees will be able to taste the best products of the ría by different food trucks while enjoying musical performances of local groups.
The fourth edition of the Blue Week
This year it promises to overcome all expectations, as it will have a wide range of activities offered by the partners of the Ría de Vigo Nautical Cluster and leading collaborating entities that come together to offer, for both schools and the general public, an unforgettable experience in the Ría de Vigo. Among the collaborating entities that will participate in the event are: Galping, Prado Surf, Asociación de Pesca Deportiva Rías Baixas, Fundación Traslatio, Wake & Dive, Surf Vigo, Asociación Julio Verne, Sailway, Real Club Náutico de Vigo, Mergullo Breogán Dibueo, Naviera Nabia, CEMMA, Coca Cola, Thirteen Grados, Real Federación Galega de Motonática, Asociación Devanceiros do Mar, Asociación Sueste, Amonaga, O Cerco Redeiras de Cántiva, Escuela Militar, Aportiva and Rectiva, Escutivo Militar.
